yesterday was my last day for RCY challenge.and the day that will decide which grp will win the lengthyard for the flag.ohmygod..how i miss my enthu and crazy bunch of DELTA.urgh..but somehow i made many new friends that really brightens up my day over there..let me jz briefly go thru wat happen during my 4 days 3 nights at changi coast campsite.
231107:
at 1000 sharp went to the hq at dhoby ghaut to assemble before proceeding on with the camp.marking of attendance and allocating of bunks was done there..was down cause im not in the same platoon and section with my dearest dewi lasmini and shieh tein.fyi,each division(alpha to delta) was divided into 6 sections each and two platoon each.i was in delta;section 4;platoon 8.niwae,had new section-mate;jharana,a nepalese from bartley sec(:.after a few briefing by the camp chief/CWO, delta went to pulau ubin for our first activity;street soccer and mountain biking.had our lunch over there once we reached the destination;rice with lots of veggies(eww!).after lunch would be street soccer for platoon 8 and mountain biking for platoon 7.street soccer was fun for my grp.first round my grp WON.second round lose.aiya we give chance mahx..hahas.after street soccer will be mountain biking(!!!!).cycle ard pulau ubin..up and down th slope..and back to our original place..veryy funn!!by the time,i've run out of breath.after th activities,went back to campsite had our dinner..then after dinner was division time to practice our campfire item "ALL FOR ONE"..hahas.shamsul sir came to delta as my section mentor.hahas.after that had supper;a bun and milo.then division debrief and go to lalaland.

PT is a must.had abit of stretching exercises nd off to division time before having brkfast;fried noodles nd hot milo.know our current results;delta's leading!!then usual thing;division time.did some cheers to get high for next activity;abseiling and rock climbing.okae abseiling was easy.just had to go down frm a high wall.rock climbing okay..my hand was damn slippery and i fell.urgh..then headed off to do challenge rope course;high elements rope course where we were supposed to climb up and walk across a thin string all th way to th end.not that scary though.fulin ma'am said i did faster than th rest.i was like wat th..haah.nvm then..after doing rope course, i was told that delta will go dragonboating later so change into black tee.after changing platoon 7 did their dragonbaoting first while my platoon will do general station first.need grp teamwork.all those games that i've done in school during LIA camp.quite fun,however something spoiled my day.the sole of my shoes came out right before i had my dragonboating.urgh..had to go back to bunk and change to my last shoe and go back to my game..urgh..after the game,went dragonboating..damn tiring seyy..had to use body muscle.and challenge with another boat to get to another point.and we lose.didnt get a stamp fer that..pffft.after th challenge, my platoon was the unlucky ones.we had to carry up the boat back to the slope.the boat was damn heavy and to carry.brought it up and get changed to a dry shirt to have our dinner.division time right before dinner again to do some cheers and discussion.cheered all th way until dinner..dinner had rice again.after dinner was division time cum campfire practice.then supper and during supper got to know alpha's flag was confiscated and they lose their marks.:)after supper,division debrief,cheers and have our sleep at 1030.

PT is a must.had stratching exercise and abit of jogging.did some division cheers and cooling exercises.had division time again before breakfast;fried noodle and hot milo.delta's still on the lead(!!!).did some cheers before heading off to red cross campsite for our activity;archery and evac and first aid.platoon 8 had evac and first aid first.it was quite hard and i did not score for that.lose one stamp again..archery was next.it was easy.hit the balloon from 10m away!woohoo!! but did not get the stamp coz i nvr meet the expectation.hmph...lose another stamp,got 5 stamps.so my hope to get lengthyard was down.pffft.during archery flag was confiscated and we lose points.urgh..not anyone's fault niway..had to fight for the flag..on our way back to cmpsite,esther ma'am scolded us for losing the falg and disobeying the instructors.the words touched us and we did our best when we got back to campsite.had our lunch in the campsite.eat and eat suddenly charlie did cheers followed by alpha and bravo.the canteen was noisy by then and delta had no peace to eat.urgh..then after eating, we had emergency preparedness activity;doing a scenario done by our dearest instructors.we had to evacuate casualties out from a dangerous place to respective places before putting them into ambulance.the instructors acted as casualties was for real.the blood and everything.nice job "casualties"!!after which was division time before dinner;rice again.dinner was okae where delta started to do cheers to buck up on our spirits.:)after dinner was campfire(!!!).campfire was GREAT.everything was well planned!! all the division performed well to impress our GOH and mentors.the song was great.i LOVE red river valley.saddening song.agreed?wee!!after campfire,a bad news:fulin ma'am had to go home.sad..we did her fave cheer;the 7 storey window and the new cheer she teached dayung sampan.she cried(i think) and sad to leave us.took photos with the GOH and did our punishments to get our flag back.had no division time coz it's already late.had our sleep at 1000.

PT is a must too.same thing like day 3.division time up next before breakfast;sandwich made ourselves.delta's with bravo had a close match.then had area cleaning before heading back to hq for our heritage trail briefing.did our unique cheer for each and every of the mentor's actions.very funny seyy.heritage trail was damn tiring.had to go around the city to our location.did our very best to beat bravo.raining in the middle of the activity.wore poncho and had to go back hq at 1.so then reached hq and took all the thing we needed for for th collection of items in the list.marcus was the victim for being the guy with shoulder length hair..it was damn funny larhh okae.delta members was laughing by then.after that was lunch;rice with chicken.up next was the result for the winning group;bravo.then giving out of lengthyard..too bad i didnt get it.i didnt manage to get 6 stamps out of 8 stamps.nvm..then the camp officially end at 1530. damn sad lerrs.most of delta members cried;includes mentors and NICHOLAS.while our last debrief ending,alpha sang th "red river valley" song.and that made us cry even harder.it was hard for delta members to brkup coz we really were bonded.we were like strangers in the first day of camp and from first night together we were like best friends.wat more until the end of day 4.i hugged many ppl;includes my dearest jharana:)

DELTA even if we never win,you are still a winner in my eyes!!cya around during our gathering!!i totally miss all those fun,laughter and sufferings that we have during the camp.we endure alot and learn about each other within hours.each and everyone of you are special in my eyes.you guys do brighten up my life in camp!that's delta's spirit!
